In cases of high risk (eg, multiple sex partners) will review the doc to. There is no shame to ask a quick test between the partners.

sometimes. Gynecology ussually get mentioned, or ask if you wish. but if your are not mentioned, probably not.

The Pap test is done usually to detect cervical cancer, but most documents can usually recognize signs of sexually transmitted diseases.
