I have hemorrhoids and is used only once before the end of these things with witch hazel. A few weeks ago I was very constipated, and had a monster shit, I know I should eat fiber, drink plenty of water, etc., but there was nothing I could do, at least, get out. So I have dealt with an external hemorrhoids with witch hazel wipes, and thought it was, but I'm pretty sure he's back. Not tested, but the back hoe, the same symptoms. So how should I treat?
