Does anyone know where I can get a bath pillow? - how to concrete bathtubs

I am 16w4d pregnant, and when I relax and really take a hot bath, it only seems that the bathroom has become concrete. Lol. I thought maybe a bath pillow to help you, but I can not find one. I looked at Wal-Mart and K-Mart. Suggestions?
